In a post-pandemic world, youth mental health threats are illuminating a significant need for actionable solutions for students. Hummingbird has created three programs to help support our youth on their journey to sustained mental and physical health.

The S.P.A.R.K. and R.E.A.C.H. programs are our answer to helping our youth achieve mental and physical wellness.

We offer eight, twelve, and sixteen-week Elementary, Middle, and High School programs.
S.P.A.R.K
Supporting Potential and Resilience in Kids
Elemmentary School
Focus: Helping students develop resilience and tap into their potential through mental health education and support.
Program summary: This program is designed to address various topics, balanced with activities and discussions. The activities and discussions are hands-on and tailored to the needs of each group of students, encouraging self-reflection, learning, and emotional well-being.
Topics include: Coping skills, social media and its impact on mental health, peer pressure, emotional regulations, and self-acceptance, just to name a few.
R.E.A.C.H.
Resilience, Empowerment, Advocacy, Coping, and Healing
Middle and High School
Focus: Helping students develop resilient coping strategies and empowering them in their emotional journeys.
Program summary: This program is designed to provide middle and high school students with a well-rounded toolkit for managing their emotions, improving relationships, and navigating challenges they may face daily. By providing psychoeducation with experiential activities. Students will gain confidence in managing their mental health and making positive, healthy choices.
